The Benefits of Taking Your Benefits Getting your employees to take their benefits can be a struggle. You offer a list of great benefits but participation rates stay low. The benefits you offer are a great retention tool and make your work environment a better place to work. Without employee participation, they don’t get the benefits you offer, and you don’t get the benefits of them taking the benefits offered. This talk is tailored to your company. We clearly articulate the value of your benefits programme and explains what your employees are throwing away by not engaging. We also take some time with you after to help you employ proven behavioural techniques and framing methods to increase participation. For a sample of what is covered in the talk, click here.
